Baker & McKenzie's Ho Chi Minh City office is looking for an HR Executive to assist the Talent Management team in HR operations and administrative tasks, recruitment and other HR projects. This position is on a temporary contract of seven months.

Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the Talent Management team and Operations & Facilities Management team to run daily HR operations in Ho Chi Minh City office;

Assist in recruitment, such as posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews and communication with candidates;

Assist in employee on-boarding and departure process in compliance with the Firm's process;

Ensure employee data and filing is well maintained and updated;

Implement HR projects at local office as instructed by the supervisor;

Coordinate with the regional Learning and Leadership team to arrange training for employees and new joiners;

Prepare HR-related reports;

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields;

Experience in similar junior HR role;

Good written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills;

Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;

High level of discretion, diplomacy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality;

Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for business or similar)

Contract Preparation & Signing

Probation Review, Rate Review & Contract Renewal

State Health, Private Health & Accident Insurance

Database Update, Contract scan & file

For payroll duties:

Bank Account Open

Request Flight & VISA Receipt for reimbursement, Clearance Checklist Follow up with departments

Payroll (Teachers, Interns), Tax Finalization

Prepare reports for: Cost Allocation, Teaching Hour, Annual Leaves + Sick Leaves

Other payroll tasks assigned by supervisor

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

University degree, major in Human Resources is preferable

Good English 4 skills, confident when communicating with foreigners

Nice looking, nice communication skill

At least 1-year experience in HR field at educational company

Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese Labor Code, specially having a thorough grasp of Social Insurance Law and Policies

3. Senior HR Executive

HR services for teachers (both Vietnamese & Expat): being the main contact point for all HR-related matters.

C&B functional:

Payroll: implement the monthly payroll for ~ 400 teachers, both Vnese & expat.

Fully managing HR teacher employees database, working agreement, compulsory insurance, employee‘s benefits, PIT, leave & termination management.

Taking part in building/ optimize/ develop the company policy & process, HR/C&B process, templates to provide useful guidance & services to employees.

Taking part in building and testing HRMS and ensuring the operation, data accuracy of the system.

Reporting and other tasks:

Delivering the timely reports to BOM: teaching cost, turnover.

Preparing other reports and statistics upon request.

Taking part in cycle projects: teacher salary review, teacher eNPS.

Write & design related announcement to support improve the quality of internal communication.

Performing ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

Bachelor degree is a must, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in C&B function.

At least 1 year working with foreigners.

Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam.

Proficiency in MS Office. Good at English communication, customer focus, and agility.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skill (verbal & written).

Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task.

Being careful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and keen on working with figures.
